Notice of Fire Protection Equipment Inspection and Request for Your Cooperation

Thank you for your continued patronage of Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower.
We will be conducting a legally required fire safety equipment inspection on the following dates:

Monday, November 10, 2025 11:00-15:00
Tuesday, November 11, 2025 11:00-15:00

Guests planning to stay on these dates should take note of the following:

● During room cleaning, due to an inspection of the emergency broadcast equipment, music will be played in your room and in common areas such as hallways or restaurants.
●When guest rooms are cleaned, not only cleaning staff but also inspectors will enter your room to inspect the equipment.
If you do not wish for cleaning staff or inspectors to enter your room, please inform the front desk staff by 8:00 a.m. on the day of your stay, or select "No cleaning" on the cleaning request screen on the TV in your room.
