Due to the recent situation, such as the outbreak of the COVID-19, we have received some inquiries and comments from our members regarding points and the membership program.
In appreciation of the continued patronage of our members, Candeo Hotels would like to take the following measures to ensure that you can enjoy your trip to this wonderful country again with as much peace of mind as possible, and that you can use our hotels comfortably.
・The downgrade of stages scheduled to begin in June this year will be suspended for one year (the upgrade of stages will continue as scheduled).
As a result of the above, there will be no downgrade in the current membership stage until May 2022, and all members will maintain their current stage, and will be promoted to a higher stage if they exceed a predetermined standard amount.
■Candeo Points (Point Earning has already terminated in May 2020)
・The expiration date for the use of points has been extended from May 31, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
・In conjunction with this measure, all current point expiration dates will be extended to May 31, 2022.
As an additional measure separate from the above, all unused and expired points after December 1, 2020* will be returned and all expiration dates will be extended to May 31, 2022.

We will extend the expiration date and refund points as soon as they are ready and will send a separate email to the relevant guests. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience.
