Due to the system change, you will be asked to reset your password the first time you log in, so please follow the procedure on the login screen.
Also, some customers have their full name in their last or first name. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could keep your first and last name separate.

About the use of points
Points will continue to be redeemable until May 31, 2021, but

If you would like to use your points, please make a reservation by payment method (Pay at Hotel). Please declare and pay at the front desk.
You can check the points you have on your My Page.

Re-granting of expired points
In response to the recent declaration of a state of emergency, we will be returning points that were expired between March and May 2020. Please note that we do not expect to return the items until after July. We apologize for the long wait, but thank you for your patience.

Confirmation, change and cancellation of reservations until May 2020
Due to the system change, bookings made before May 31, 2020 will continue to be able to be confirmed and cancelled in the former system. A link to the old system will be provided on the reservation confirmation page and My Page.
If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel it once and go to the new website to reschedule your reservation.
