In appreciation of the continued patronage of our members, Candeo Hotels would like to take the following measures to ensure that you can enjoy your trip to this wonderful country again with as much peace of mind as possible, and that you can use our hotels comfortably.
■ Postponement of the stage down again
The stage down scheduled for June of this year will be suspended for another year.
The current membership stage will be maintained until May 2023, and members will be promoted to a higher stage if they exceed the predetermined threshold amount.
In June of this year, candeo points will be awarded according to membership stage. They will expire on May 31, 2023.
■Points expiration date
The expiration date of the points currently shown on My Page and the points scheduled to be awarded will remain unchanged and will expire as described. There will be no further extensions.
◼Restart of Basic Points
Since June last year, points have only been awarded for specific accommodation offers and campaigns, but as a result of a review of the ease of understanding and use for customers, the elimination of basic points itself has been cancelled, and a new flat rate of 1% points will be awarded for new reservations made on or after April 5, 2022. We are pleased to inform you that we will be granting We regret to inform you that existing reservations and corporate special rate offers will be excluded. Thank you for your understanding.
