Notice Regarding Accommodation Taxes for Nagano Prefecture
Effective from 1 June 2026

Thank you for your continued patronage of Candeo Hotels Chino.

Under Nagano Prefecture ordinance, an accommodation tax will be applied starting from stays on or after 1 June 2026.
The revised tax rates and exemption threshold will apply regardless of the reservation or payment date, if the stay begins on or after this date.

Effective date: Stays on or after 1 June, 2026
Accommodation tax per person, per night:
• Less than JPY 6,000 – No tax applied
• JPY 6,000 and above – JPY 300
　The fee will be 200 yen for the first three years of the program.
　A lodging tax will be applied when the room rate exceeds 6,000 yen before tax.

*For consecutive stays that include the effective date, accommodation tax will apply only to nights on or after 1 June 2026.
Accordingly, please note that the total charge may vary from the standard rate.
