Can I check in early?
Early check-in is only available for those who have booked in advance. Please be noted that an additional fee of 1,000 yen for 1 hour, 2,000 yen for 2 hours, 3,000 yen for 3 hours, and 4,000 yen for 4 hours is required. CLUB CANDEO members will be able to check one hour in advance from 14:00pm for free of charge.
Can I check out later?
Late check outs are available with an additional 1,000 yen per hour from 11:00 to 14:00. An additional charge for one night stay is required to push back your check-out time later than 15:00. Depending on how occupied the rooms are, we may not allow later check-outs. Please contact the front desk in advance. Club Candeo members can check out up to an hour later at 12:00pm free of charge.
What's the view from my room like?
Both city and harbor views are available. Don't miss the night views of the factories along the Keiyo industrial zone from our Super Bay View Deluxe Twin rooms.
Do you provide internet?
Free high-speed wired LAN internet service is available in all guest rooms. Wireless LAN service is also available in all guest rooms. To set up, please ask the hotel front desk. * Please bring your own PC. If you do not have a PC, please use the Candeo Plaza PC Corner on the 1st floor. Printers are also available.
Are there any computers that are available to borrow?
We do not offer any PC to use and take inside guest rooms. There is one at the lobby lounge that is connected to the internet, feel free to use it.

We do not offer safes in our guest rooms, so we ask our guests to either refrain from bringing valuables or manage such items themselves.

How big are the rooms?
We offer 14 types of guest rooms such as the Super Bay View, Suite Room, Japanese Style Room. There are different room sizes from 22m 2 to 124m 2 available. Please select a room that meets your needs.
Are your facilities barrier free (handicap accessible)?
Our hotel is accessible via wheelchairs, but we do not offer guest rooms that are completely barrier free and assistance will be required. There is a powder room accessible via wheelchairs in the public space. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to let our staff know.
Can you tell me more about the beds and bedding options in each room?
Our hotel uses pocket coil mattresses made by Simmons which has a solid support your back or mattresses by France Bed. We use duvet style futons and feather pillows. Please feel free to ask for blankets, memory foam pillows and pipe pillows, all items are available for rent.
Do you have a smoking area?
In general, the public spaces inside the hotel, including the plaza, are non-smoking. Please use the smoking area near the entrance.
Can I use the hotel to meet up with people not staying at the hotel?
Please feel free to use the plaza on the 1st floor to meet with people who are note guests of the hotel. We only allow guests who are staying at Candeo Hotels inside guest rooms. Feel free to bring your drinks into the plaza areas.
Do you have a meeting space?
The plaza on the first floor can be used to meet people. If you are a small group, feel free to use it anytime. We would appreciate if you provide us with some sort of warning if you plan to do this. If there are many people you are meeting with, please ensure you provide us with warning beforehand. This will help us prepare the space better to accommodate your needs.

If your child is under the age of an elementary school student, you can have one child share a bed with you. If you have a king size bed, you are allowed up to two children to share a bed with you. Children up to elementary school age are free if they do not require their own beds. If breakfast is served, a separate breakfast fee will be charged.
